Recruitment Specialist Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology
• 3 years experience in Human Resources area and having experience in supervisor level.
• Having experience in beverage company or executive search company is a must
• Skill in computer application software’s as spreadsheet, statistical program, word processor, and database
• Good knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
• Good communication skill either oral or written and in particular interpersonal and interviewing skills.
• Placement in Lippo Cikarang
